It provides all the main information about the programme replacing the EVS (European Voluntary Service), including some interesting details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total budget for 2019 accounts for <strong>EUR 142,274,568<\/strong>. There will be <strong>public procurements<\/strong> &#8211; calls for tenders and framework contacts &#8211; and <strong>grants <\/strong>&#8211; financed by &#8220;lump sums, reimbursement on the basis of unit costs and flat rate financing&#8221; (see p. 16).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The total allocation of the budget can be seen at p. 35 of the work programme. What is remarkable is the amount reserved to the <strong>insurance<\/strong>, higher than ever (over 6 million) and, the one reserved to <strong>trainings <\/strong>(over 20 billion), both for &#8220;general online training&#8221; and &#8220;specific training for participants in cross-border activities&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The breakdown by country for the allocation of funds for <strong>grant support<\/strong> (indirectly managed by the <strong>National Agencies<\/strong>) was laid down according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>country population (accounting for a minimum of 20%, the final value depends on the cost of living);<\/li><li>cost of living (accounting for 25%);<\/li><li>distance between capitals (accounting for 25%);<\/li><li>performance (accounting for 25%, depends on the outputs &#8220;realised in 2014 and 2015 in the mobility activities in the field of youth adjusted to take into account population, cost of living and distance between capitals&#8221;).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here in the tab below, the breakdown in more detail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"728\" height=\"728\" src=\"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/breakdown-by-country-ESC.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/breakdown-by-country-ESC.png 728w, https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/breakdown-by-country-ESC-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/breakdown-by-country-ESC-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/breakdown-by-country-ESC-696x696.png 696w, https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/breakdown-by-country-ESC-420x420.png 420w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The annual work programme for the implementation of European Solidarity Corps was released on 26 November 2018.
