Based in Berlin, the Schwarzkopf Foundation<\/a> is looking for a new Executive Director of the European Youth Parliament. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The European Youth Parliament <\/strong>(EYP) is a pan-European peer-to-peer educational youth-led network that empowers young people from across Europe to be open-minded, tolerant and active citizens. The EYP is the biggest programme line at the Schwarzkopf Foundation<\/strong>, with a current team size of 5 employees and three long-term volunteers<\/strong>. Do you want to lead the team? REQUIREMENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Relevant working experience of four years<\/strong>, preferably in the NGO sector; with a strong
international background;
\u2022 Excellent English skills<\/strong> (spoken and written);
\u2022 University degree<\/strong> (M.A. or equivalent);
\u2022 Previous experience with leading and managing international teams<\/strong>;
\u2022 Experience in working with volunteers and in volunteer organisations<\/strong> and\/or with non-formal civic education of youth;
\u2022 Proven capacity to secure external funding for NGO activities<\/strong> and establish partnerships with external stakeholders; ability to represent the EYP at an international level;
\u2022 Strong motivation<\/strong> to contribute to the long-term strategic development of our organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
