Wellbeing depends on many factors, from proper nutrition to doing sports.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several ways that can help you to achieve better wellbeing. In general, it is important to stop sometimes and focus on yourself, listen to your body, and mind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>34 participants from Slovenia, Denmark, Malta, Spain, and the United Kingdom gathered in Kranj in Slovenia for an <strong>Erasmus+ Youth Exchange \u201cLet\u2019s G.R.O.W.\u201d<\/strong>. During this project young people were talking about different ways to improve the physical and mental wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The outcome of this project is a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/downloads\/toolbox_tool_download-file-2181\/The%20Little%20Booklet%20of%20Wellbeing.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">BOOKLET <\/a>that covers some of the topics that the participants worked on during the exchange.
