Among others, the objective of Erasmus+ programme is to promote \u2013 in particular through innovative and integrated approaches \u2013 ownership of shared values, equality, social inclusion, diversity, and non-discrimination. Often, the priority is given to projects that support youth workers in developing and sharing effective methods in reaching out to marginalised young people, in preventing racism and intolerance among youth, and in addressing the risks, opportunities, and implications of digitalisation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youthworkerblog.wordpress.com\/2020\/06\/07\/how-white-is-european-youth-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>How white is youth work in Europe?<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Aga Byrczek is a youth worker, trainer, project designer and coordinator, and volunteer coach. Why are there so few trainers who are coming from the racialized community?
