In fact EURES has launched a new project, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/euresmobility.anpal.gov.it\/the-tms-project\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Targeted Mobility Scheme<\/a><\/strong> (TMS), to support employers and job seekers and facilitate the job\/workers search. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eures\/public\/homepage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EURES<\/a>&nbsp;is a free, multilingual network and platform, that exists since 1994. It is a European cooperation network of employment services, to facilitate the free movement of workers across Europe. The principle guiding EURES is&nbsp;that European citizens can benefit from the&nbsp;<strong>same opportunities<\/strong>, despite language barriers, cultural differences, bureaucratic challenges, diverse employment laws and a lack of recognition of educational certificates across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall purpose of the new EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme is to facilitate job placements over Europe. Specifically, the scheme allows employers to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>post their vacancies directly on the EURES platform;<\/li><li>get an easy-to-use advertising process;<\/li><li>establish direct links with employer and sectoral associations in different EU Countries;<\/li><li>spread online recruitment systems;<\/li><li>serve low skilled or disadvantaged target groups. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme<\/strong>&nbsp;is an initiative funded by the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">European Commission<\/a>&nbsp;through the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/LexUriServ\/LexUriServ.do?uri=OJ:L:2013:347:0238:0252:EN:PDF\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) programme<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TMS Incentives <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with the above, the EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme brings new advantages. Let&#8217;s have a look into them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employers <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The overall incentives for the <strong>employers<\/strong> are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>an EU wide, multilingual, human network of EURES Advisers;<\/li><li>an extensive pool of employer across Europe, Norway and Iceland through the EURES Network and the project partners;<\/li><li>free services from pre-selection to post placement;<\/li><li>a specific attention to people with special needs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The employers can now access a large <strong>database of CVs<\/strong> from all over Europe. They also get support when registering to the platform, with the possibility to <strong>delegate an EURES adviser to operate on their behalf<\/strong>. The support of an EURES adviser goes to the definition of the vacancy and the employer&#8217;s needs too. Moreover, <strong>EURES will do the pre-selection and matching of suitable candidates, and arrange the interviews<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employers will get also <strong>financial support <\/strong>to deliver integration training programmes to the selected candidates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Job Seekers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Toward <strong>job seekers<\/strong>, the incentives are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>The possibility to experience mobility, enrich the CV or start a new phase of life and work;<\/li><li>Getting information, advice and support to apply for a work-based experience in another country;<\/li><li>Getting support and financial benefits to realize your professional mobility project.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone willing to work in Europe will get the EURES support to find jobs, traineeships, apprenticeships in any EU country, Norway and Iceland. The support covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the job seeking;<\/li><li>the mobility;<\/li><li>and the application for financial benefits.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial Benefits<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>EURES TMS provides a wide range of benefits to facilitate the relocation and mobility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><a href=\"https:\/\/euresmobility.anpal.gov.it\/jobseekers\/why-choose-eures-tms\/interview-allowance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Job interview<\/a>: <strong>allowances<\/strong>&nbsp;to cover the costs arising from attending the interviews you may be invited to. The measure consists of&nbsp;<strong>a flat-rate financial contribution towards travel and accommodation costs<\/strong>&nbsp;(including travel insurance) and a daily subsistence allowance (DSA). The contribution towards&nbsp;<strong>travel and accommodation<\/strong>&nbsp;costs varies depending on the distance between your home country and the country where the interview takes place. <\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/euresmobility.anpal.gov.it\/jobseekers\/why-choose-eures-tms\/relocation-allowance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Country and family relocation<\/a>: the allowance consists of a lump-sum, delivered once, at the beginning of your job\/traineeship\/apprenticeship experience. If you are moving together with a family member (spouse, partner, child) you are entitled to an additional support, equal to the relocation allowance. The additional support only covers one family member.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/euresmobility.anpal.gov.it\/jobseekers\/why-choose-eures-tms\/language-course-allowance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Language course<\/a>: If you attend language&nbsp;courses&nbsp;to improve your knowledge of one or more of the&nbsp;<strong>official languages<\/strong>&nbsp;of your host country, the EURES TMS will reimburse you for up to a&nbsp;<strong>maximum of \u20ac2,200<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>EURES guarantees the <a href=\"https:\/\/euresmobility.anpal.gov.it\/jobseekers\/why-choose-eures-tms\/recognition-of-diplomas-and-qualifications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">recognition of diplomas and qualifications<\/a> over Europe and gives a<strong> flat-rate contribution of \u20ac440 <\/strong>if you need to cover the costs of the recognition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, it provides an <a href=\"https:\/\/euresmobility.anpal.gov.it\/jobseekers\/why-choose-eures-tms\/supplementary-relocation-allowance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">additional relocation allowance<\/a> to <strong>participants with disabilities and special needs<\/strong>. The supplementary allowance tackles any extraordinary expenditures involved in moving to the host country.
