{"id":3178,"date":"2021-08-06T11:04:04","date_gmt":"2021-08-06T09:04:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/?p=3178"},"modified":"2021-07-27T21:38:24","modified_gmt":"2021-07-27T19:38:24","slug":"call-for-3-facilitators-digital-and-content-trainers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/call-for-3-facilitators-digital-and-content-trainers\/","title":{"rendered":"Call For 3 Facilitators &#8211; Digital and Content Trainers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For the 2nd edition of the <strong>ETS Conference &#8211; The Quality Bonus<\/strong>, SALTO Training and Cooperation and JUGEND f\u00fcr Europa have opened a call for 3 Facilitators: one digital facilitator and two content facilitators with one of them having an additional project coordinating role.<\/p>\n<p>The application deadline is <strong>August 25th, 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>The Quality Bonus Conference<\/h3>\n<p>The Quality Bonus conference wants to boost and support <strong>stakeholders of education and training of youth workers<\/strong>, and to contribute to the development of quality youth work in Europe and beyond. The conference will focus on <strong>systems and new opportunities for youth workers education and training<\/strong> by exploring topics related to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/rc\/training-and-cooperation\/trainingstrategy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Training Strategy<\/a> (ETS), taking into account other strategic developments connected to it.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will see inputs, debates, peer-learning moments, workshops and meetings in national and\/or thematic groups.<\/p>\n<p>It will take place on<strong> 1-3 March 2022 in Berlin, with 120 participants.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>Call for Facilitators<\/h3>\n<p>The facilitators and trainers should have the following characteristics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Considerable experience with and understanding of the field of European\/International youth work and, in particular, education and training of youth workers;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in facilitating large-scale and international events;<\/li>\n<li>Experience in working with a diversity of stakeholders, especially at the European level and including trainers, youth workers, educators, National Agencies;<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the European Training Strategy;<\/li>\n<li>For the digital facilitator: experience with digital tools that can be used to support the dynamic and learning process in such an event;<\/li>\n<li>One of the two facilitators is expected to take on a more coordinating role (similar to a project manager): experience with such role is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work in English (the language of the event);<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of the Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps programmes (context and overall content);<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of youth policy developments is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Working Conditions and Terms<\/h3>\n<p>Each facilitator will receive a fee for a minimum of <strong>9 days*320 Euro<\/strong>. <strong>Travel costs and accommodation<\/strong>\u00a0will be covered.<\/p>\n<p>The event foresees at least two (in principle face-to-face) <strong>preparatory meetings<\/strong>: one in <strong>October 2021<\/strong> and the other one in <strong>January 2022<\/strong>, plus an earlier arrival\u00a0before the event itself.<\/p>\n<h3>How to Apply<\/h3>\n<p>To apply for the position it is necessary to fill out the <a href=\"http:\/\/onlineform.salto-youth.net\/1804\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online form<\/a>.
