Youth Participation has opened a call for <strong>content creators<\/strong> on Digital Transformation topics for the <a href=\"https:\/\/participationpool.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Participation Resource Pool<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Participation Resource Pool is an online portal where trainers, youth workers, youth leaders and educators can have access to the best and most up-to-date <strong>online tools<\/strong> to foster young people\u2019s <strong>critical thinking\u00a0and\u00a0media literacy<\/strong><i class=\"glossary-word\" tabindex=\"0\" title=\"\" data-html=\"true\" data-trigger=\"click hover focus\" data-glossary-id=\"11687\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" data-target=\"#glossary-word-11687\" data-original-title=\"\">. <\/i>The overall purpose of which is to increase the quality of youth participation.<\/p>\n<p>It focuses on 4 main topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Youth Participation;<\/li>\n<li>Promotion and Outreach;<\/li>\n<li>Media, Information and Critical Thinking;<\/li>\n<li>Digital Transformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Open Call for Content Creators<\/h3>\n<p>S.A.L.T.O. is looking for Authors to <strong>create content<\/strong> and <strong>do peer-reviewing<\/strong> for the Participation Resource Pool. The call is specifically for <strong>5 experts<\/strong> to work with in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>remuneration is \u20ac160<\/strong>\u00a0per curator per written article and one reviewed article.<\/p>\n<p>The content creators will receive two different assignments:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Writing an informative article for a target audience, meeting the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1nY5peYqeFhw9aYu6_Lo_hnknog9PIc_J9a881upzcUE\/edit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">guidelines<\/a>&#8216; requirements; each expert is expected to write about 1 topic \u2013 the amount of articles in each topic varies;<\/li>\n<li>Peer-review (helping to edit and improve as many articles as they create).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Selection Criteria<\/h3>\n<p>The requirements to apply for this job position are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Have at least 5 years of experience and good expertise on at least two of the topics related to digital transformation (Multistakeholderism &amp; Participation, Education, Emerging Technologies, Sustainability, Digital Rights);<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Experience with youth work and\/or EU Youth Programmes (Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps);<\/li>\n<li>High level of written English;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Excellent skills in analysing and synthesising content;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Great skills in storytelling, being able to share expertise in the popular-science format;<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Independent working style, responsible and cooperative approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How To Apply<\/h3>\n<p>Please send the following documents to <a href=\"mailto:participation@salto-youth.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">participation@salto-youth.net<\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<b>21 September 2021 14:00 CET with \u201cAuthor on Digital Transformation\u201d in the headline:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">CV<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Some examples of published content creation (articles, videos, etc) in English<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Short application letter indicating the topic(s) you would like to contribute in and why.
