This is a Call for Proposals to support European universities in their further rollout initiative across Europe.<\/p>\n<h3>European Universities<\/h3>\n<p>The European Universities support\u00a0<strong>systemic, structural and sustainable transnational cooperation<\/strong>\u00a0among diverse higher education institutions across Europe, covering\u00a0<strong>all their missions: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>education,<\/li>\n<li>research,<\/li>\n<li>innovation and<\/li>\n<li>service to society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Through cooperation, European universities promote common European values and strengthen the European identity. They support higher education through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the high quality they provide;<\/li>\n<li>high standard performance;<\/li>\n<li>great attractiveness to young people;<\/li>\n<li>international competitiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2022 Erasmus Plus European Universities Call<\/h3>\n<p>The Call for Proposals builds around 2 topics:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Intensification of prior deep institutional transnational cooperation<\/strong>: to provide support for already existing deep institutional transnational cooperation alliances. The aim is to\u00a0<strong>build upon the institutional cooperation achieved so far<\/strong>\u00a0and to further\u00a0<strong>deepen, intensify and expand<\/strong>\u00a0the effectiveness of this existing cooperation in order to\u00a0<strong>progress towards the long-term vision of the \u2018European Universities\u2019<\/strong>. New higher education institutions have the opportunity to join these existing alliances as full partners.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Development of new deep institutional transnational cooperation<\/strong>: to provide support for applicants wishing to establish new deep institutional transnational cooperation in a new \u2018European Universities\u2019 alliance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Further Information<\/h3>\n<p>There is an upcoming <strong>information session<\/strong> on <strong>December 14th, 2021<\/strong>.
