The European Commission and the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) will hold an online<strong> Erasmus+ Sport &#8216;Infoday&#8217;<\/strong> on <strong>31 January 2022 and 1 February 2022<\/strong> to inform potential applicants about the political context, programme, simplification and funding opportunities in 2022.<\/p>\n<h3>Erasmus+ Sport<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/opportunities\/organisations\/sport-actions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Erasmus+ Actions in the field of sport<\/strong><\/a> aim at to tackling <strong>societal<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>sport-related<\/strong>\u00a0challenges.<\/p>\n<p>Such Actions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cooperation Partnerships<\/strong>: to develop and implement joint activities to promote (among others) sport and physical activity, as well as deal with threats to the integrity of sport (such as doping or match-fixing), promote dual careers for athletes, improve good governance, and foster tolerance and social inclusion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Small-Scale Partnerships<\/strong>: have simpler administration, smaller grants and shorter durations than Cooperation Partnerships, for grassroots organisations and newcomers to the Programme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Not-for-profit European Sport Events<\/strong>: to encourage sporting activity, implement EU strategies for social inclusion through sport, foster volunteering in sport, fight against discrimination and encourage the participation in sport and physical activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Erasmus+ Sport: Online Info Session 2022<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eacea.ec.europa.eu\/news-events\/events\/online-info-day-erasmus-sport_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Erasmus+ Sport Online Info Session 2022<\/a> will run in <strong>livestreaming<\/strong> on January 31st at 9.30am and February 1st until 12.30pm in the following working languages: <strong>English, French, German, Spanish, Italian<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The speakers will discuss policy and give advice\/tips on <strong>how to prepare and submit a proposal<\/strong>. They will be also discussing the <strong>financial aspects of funding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Above all, it will be also an opportunity of <strong>networking<\/strong>, contacting potential partners via the ConnexMe application. The application will be used to facilitate interaction between participants.<\/p>\n<p>More details are about to come.
