“Inner Bridge: From Self Awareness To Self Expression<\/strong><\/a>” was an international project funded by the European Union. The organiser of the project is PERFORM Artistic Foundation<\/strong><\/a>. Following the results of the project.<\/p>\n

Inner Bridge: From Self Awareness To Self Expression<\/h3>\n

Over a six-days training course the participants developed their emotional competences through the variety of methods by the Dance and Movement Therapy, the Art Therapy and the Music Therapy.<\/p>\n

The main aim of the project was to provide youth workers with tools to increase self-awareness and moving from awareness to authentic expression<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A dedicated booklet sets out the most appreciated tools and approaches to improve emotional wellbeing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Emotional wellbeing is the ability to navigate through your emotions to make the optimal decisions for your life. To achieve that we need to become aware of our emotions and understand their role in our life. It\u2019s called emotional awareness and is a part of emotional intelligence.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
