Introduction<\/b><\/h1>\n

The Transnational seminar entitled <\/span>Embrace inclusion and diversity in your Erasmus+<\/b><\/a> projects was held in Zagreb, Croatia, from 15th to 17th of November 2022<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The three-day event included a series of lectures and panel discussions on the topic of Inclusion and Diversity, as well as sectoral working groups that allowed participants to share ideas and proposals.<\/span><\/p>\n

To understand what led to this event, we need to take a step back.<\/p>\n

The Strategy for Inclusion a<\/b>nd Diversity<\/b><\/h1>\n

The European Commission<\/strong>, last October, launched a cross-sectoral strategy for inclusion and diversity, which led to this event.<\/span><\/p>\n

The new strategy is based on the <\/span>Erasmus+ Impleme<\/b>ntation Guidelines<\/b> and the <\/span>European Solidarity Corps’ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy.<\/b> Each national agency developed its own strategy adapted to its national realities.<\/span><\/p>\n

The agencies were invited to use both the <\/span>TCAs<\/span><\/a>– in order for the Erasmus+ National Agencies (NAs) to improve the quality and impact of the Erasmus+ programme- and the <\/span>LTA<\/span><\/a>– a partnership in which several NAs work together to develop a series of activities related to a policy area.<\/span><\/p>\n

The<\/span> Romanian National Agency for Erasmus+<\/b> has proposed an LTA on Inclusion and Diversity for newcomers in the E&T sectors (science, education and training).<\/span><\/p>\n

The LTA proposal aimed at helping interested organizations in developing quality <\/span>short-term (KA1)<\/b> and <\/span>small-scale (KA2) <\/b>projects, both targeting newcomers and less experienced organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n
