{"id":3868,"date":"2023-01-27T16:46:36","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T15:46:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/?p=3868"},"modified":"2023-01-27T17:05:10","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T16:05:10","slug":"forward-looking-projects-2023-innovative-approaches-to-education-and-training","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/forward-looking-projects-2023-innovative-approaches-to-education-and-training\/","title":{"rendered":"Forward-Looking Projects 2023: Innovative Approaches to Education and Training"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><b>Introduction<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><b>On February 2, 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eacea.ec.europa.eu\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA)<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/commission.europa.eu\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">European Commission<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will organise an online information day to discuss the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/programme-guide\/part-b\/key-action-2\/forward-looking-projects\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Forward-Looking Projects 2023 program<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The initiative&#8217;s goal is to explore, develop, test, and evaluate innovative (policy) ideas with the potential to become mainstream and enhance education and training systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Forward-Looking Projects 2023 have been divided into three lots:\u00a0<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Digital education;\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vocational Educatio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n and <\/span><b>Training<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Adult learning;<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each lot has its own set of <\/span><b>goals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and proposals must meet at least one of them. Proposals under this lot should address two priorities:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">micro-credentials for <\/span><b>employability<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>partnerships<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>networks<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to improve the attractiveness of VET;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><b>Adult Learning<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The<\/span><b> Adult Learning<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lot is responsible for putting into action the European Pillar of Social Rights Action Plan, the European Skills Agenda, and the Council Recommendation on Upskilling Pathways: New Opportunities for Adults.
