These projects will in fact involve vulnerable and highly vulnerable young participants with economic and social difficulties.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-25646 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/scambiinternazionali.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678874682419-1024x576.jpg\" sizes=\"(max-width: 695px) 100vw, 695px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scambiinternazionali.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678874682419-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/scambiinternazionali.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678874682419-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/scambiinternazionali.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678874682419-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/scambiinternazionali.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678874682419-1536x864.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/scambiinternazionali.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678874682419-2048x1152.jpg 2048w, https:\/\/scambiinternazionali.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/1678874682419-600x338.jpg 600w\" alt=\"\" width=\"695\" height=\"391\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the course, the priorities were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Train group leaders on inclusion and strategies to support participants with fewer opportunities before, during and after a youth exchange experience;<\/li>\n<li>Co-design the youth exchanges to be hosted by Associazione Joint in 2023 that will focus on inclusion;<\/li>\n<li>Establish cooperation agreements with organisations active in the field of youth mobility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Testimonies of Participants<\/h3>\n<p>Curious to know how it went?<br \/>\nDuring the 8 days of work, Associazione Joint collected testimonials from the training participants!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cTHE TRAINING COURSE WAS WELL THOUGHT AND I FELT LIKE I GOT PERSONAL GROWTH THAT HELPS ME IN MY CAREER AND ALSO IN MY PERSONAL LIFE.1 WEEK IN MONTE BARRO WAS EXCEPTIONAL.\u201d \u2013 JAMI, FINLANDIA (<a href=\"https:\/\/oivanki.fi\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ASSOCIAtion OIVANKI<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNGO PROVIDING EXCELLENT SUPPORT AND IMPARTING VALUABLE KNOWLEDGE. I HAVE ALSO MET A LOT OF INCREDIBLE PEOPLE INSPIRING ME FOR MY PERSONAL LIFE AND MY PROFESSIONAL PROJECTS. I REPRESENTED THE PRIENAI YOUNG MALTESERS GROUP AND THE PRIENAI PRIENAI PRIMARY SCHOOL.THE AIM OF MY PARTICIPATION WAS TO FIND PARTNERS FOR THE YOUTH EXCHANGE AND TO BE A YOUTH LEADER IN THE FUTURE EXCHANGES. IN THIS EXCHANGE WE PLAN TO INVOLVE THE BEST MEMBERS OF THE PRIENAI YOUNG MALTESERS GROUP AND THE BEST STUDENTS OF THE ISLAUZ SCHOOL.\u00a022 PARTICIPANTS.10 COUNTRIES \u2013 PORTUGAL, LITHUANIA, FINLAND, SERBIA, GERMANY, POLAND, FRANCE, SPAIN, ITALY, AND DENMARK. WE LEARNT HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE MOST VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE AND INVOLVE THEM IN MOBILITY PROJECTS. CONTACTS WERE MADE FOR FUTURE YOUTH EXCHANGES.\u00a0I AM GLAD THAT THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ISLAUZ SCHOOL SUPPORTS MY DESIRE TO LEARN AND DEVELOP.\u00a0AND ABOVE THAT CHURCH IS A 15TH CENTURY CHURCH. WE HAVE UNDERSTOOD INCLUSION AND ITS IMPORTANCE AT THE DEEPEST LEVEL SINCE WE HAVE EXPERIENCED IT ON OUR SKIN.
