This training activity is designed to enhance the capacities of organisations that are actively involved in volunteering actions of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/youth.europa.eu\/solidarity_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>European Solidarity Corps<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with the aim of ensuring quality and impact in their respective projects.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Objectives of the TOSCA Training Course<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The course will cover various topics, including:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foster <\/span><b>understanding, awareness and commitment<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to core quality criteria of the European Solidarity Corps;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build up competencies on <\/span><b>how to design and implement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> European Solidarity Corps projects with a view to quality;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure<\/span><b> clarity and support <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on how the programme works formally: opportunities, guidelines, structures, priorities, rules, and procedures;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Give space to participants to express burning <\/span><b>issues<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>needs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and offer <\/span><b>support<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where possible;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foster a <\/span><b>supportive community<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of organisations involved in the European Solidarity Corps;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participants will also have to complete an <\/span><b>obligatory online preparatory phase<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> before attending the course, where they will form a <\/span><b>community of learners<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and carry out initial assessments of their organisation, local community, and needs.
