Introduction<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Are you a youth worker<\/strong> and interested in exploring theatre<\/strong> as a form of non-formal education<\/strong> and personal growth<\/strong> during your projects?<\/p>\n

Discover the training course “It\u2019s my nature!<\/strong>” that will take place in Woodstown, Ireland<\/strong> from 24 to 29 September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The project<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The main objective of this project is to enhance the self-awareness<\/strong> and self-confidence of Youth workers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To achieve this, the participants will create a learning toolkit during the course<\/strong>, which they can later utilise during their own projects.<\/p>\n

The training course will be based on non-formal and informal education<\/strong> with a self-directed learning approach.<\/p>\n

The trainers will use artistic tools and performances<\/strong>, in particular the very effective method of \u201cParticipatory and Immersive Theatre<\/strong>\u201d, to stimulate growing self-confidence and resilience.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
