The project will take place in <strong>Finland<\/strong> from <strong>27 November to 2 December 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>The training course<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The aim of the project is to share with participants some <strong>game-based activities for educational goals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It equips youth workers with <strong>game-based tools and practical experiences<\/strong>, demonstrating how to integrate these tools effectively into their projects.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The aim of the training course are:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Support participants to become more aware of the game-based activities<\/strong> and support the participants to dive <strong>deeper in to the world of games in educational purposes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Provide <strong>youth workers with game based tools and experiences<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Provide <strong>youth workers with game based tools and methods to develop their own competences<\/strong>, <strong>skills<\/strong> and <strong>talents<\/strong> that are useful in their professional mission.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Create an intercultural exchange<\/strong> opportunity to discuss topics such as mental health, personal development and the use of educational games<\/li>\n<li><strong>Discover Erasmus+ program<\/strong> as a tool of addressing important issues and opportunities in society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For more information about the project, please consult the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/tools\/european-training-calendar\/download\/salto%5Ctrainingcalendar%5Cmodel%5CDownload-9100\/Games%20are%20not%20just%20a%20game%20infopack.pdf\"><strong>infopack<\/strong><\/a> or send an email to: <a class=\"link mail\" href=\"mailto:ekaterina.sysoeva@nurmes.fi\">ekaterina.sysoeva@nurmes.fi<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Participation requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The project will involve <strong>25 people from all over Europe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The training course is aimed at:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>People involved in youth work<\/strong>: youth workers, educators, teachers, social workers, project leaders, volunteers and students aiming for to work in the youth work sector who have a pronounced interest (no experience needed) in game based activities, reflection and cooperation in the field of youth work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participants who are willing to be fully committed to the content and experience of this training course<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The Erasmus+ programme will cover all travel, accommodation and board expenses of the participants during the duration of the project.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>How to partecipate<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you believe you have the admission requirements to participate in the project you must <strong>submit your application<\/strong> through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.salto-youth.net\/tools\/european-training-calendar\/training\/games-are-not-just-a-game.11323\/\"><strong>official website of Salto-Youth<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The dead line of the project is 20th of August.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Read also<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/discover-the-impact-of-esc-projects-with-this-training-course\/\">Discover the Impact of ESC projects with this Training Course<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"entry-title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youthnetworks.net\/european-youth-strategy-give-your-opinion-with-this-survey\/\">European Youth Strategy | Give your Opinion with this Survey<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Introduction Are you a youth worker and want to discover new games-based educational techniques to use during your projects?
