Through <strong>non-formal education activities<\/strong> aims to improve the knowledge and skills of youth workers regarding communication, presentation and facilitation skills development.<\/p>\n<p>Participants will have the opportunity to share and discuss topics such as theatre, comedy, storytelling, psychology, education, music and creative community work.<\/p>\n<p>The organisers will be using a <strong>dynamic approach<\/strong> through psychological and theatrical techniques to make the training <strong>diverse and exciting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"color: #111111; font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 22px;\">The aims of the project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The project aims to provide a solid foundation for youth and social workers to communicate effectively and create fun and dynamic activities.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the organisers will focus on the following goals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To develop awareness and build on a greater understanding of the <strong>presentation<\/strong>, <strong>communication and engagement skills<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>To explore and understand the effects of effective presentation and engagement with an <strong>audience of young people<\/strong> and in the role of youth worker<\/li>\n<li>To identify and <strong>realise the opportunities<\/strong> to put the skills developed into practice<\/li>\n<li>To follow the <strong>recognition pathways offered through Youthpass<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>To <strong>explore the opportunities for realising their youth work<\/strong> potential through Erasmus+ and develop future collaborations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>The requirements for participation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To participate in the project you must be part of one or more of the following categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Youth or social workers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Trainers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Youth coaches<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Volunteering mentors<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Educators<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The organisation is looking for <strong>31 participants<\/strong> from the following countries: Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>The conditions of the project<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>To participate in the training course is <strong>required a fee<\/strong> that will be paid upon arrival.
